Located 17 miles west of Minneapolis on Lake Minnetonka (Island property.) Three bedroom cabin on beautiful level lot with south facing sandy swimming beach. The property has a dock system with swim ladder. Beautiful views.

Large porch lakeside. Open plan with two bedrooms upstairs, with loft overlooking the main living area with fireplace. Vaulted ceiling has 3 skylights. Rustic,yet most of the conviences of main land living. Nice 3/4 bath, out house for the guys. Step saver kitchen. Stack washer & dryer. Hot & cold running water. There is a small propane gas heating system if needed.

This is a large island-several hundred acres with a trail system and, several other cabins. Located the middle of a 15,000 acre lake with over 100 miles of shoreline. Fleet of rental boats available, see Mullen Marine in Delano, they are the only outfit that rents boats overnight! This lake has some of the best bass fishing in the world.

*This property is only accessible by boat*, main land parking, dockage, or boat, is not provided by owner, but available. (ask owner) Several full service marinas are close to island. 24 hour public parking available in downtown Wayzata and Excelsior.

We don't do short term deals with large groups out of respect of our neighbors, septic & well systems.

Some folks pay big bucks to fly into Canada just North of here for the same atmosphere!

We are looking for one week minimum this summer!!!!!!
